Union Tea Cafe and Tea Shop

Taking center stage at Union Tea is an expansive selection of loose tea — everything from traditional favorites such as Earl Grey and varieties of green teas to rarer blends such as Dragonwell, Gunpowder and Silver Needle. All teas sold at Union Tea Cafe are on display with samples available for customers to smell and inspect. In addition, the cafe sells Utopian Coffee and have iced teas available.  

Union Tea offers a breakfast menu boasting baked goods, bagels, a signature waffle sandwich, and fresh-baked scones among other choices. For lunch and dinner, the cafe’s menu features homemade soups, sandwiches, farm-to-table salads with house-made dressings, and daily specials.

Union Tea offers a “High Tea” service on Sundays between 1 and 4pm.  Call to reserve your table. 

“Just like the High Teas in London, we’ll offer a variety of small sandwiches, a quiche or hash brown bake, sweets and confectionaries, and a pot of tea, of course,” says Amy Sherburne, owner and founder. “We’ll have a different baked good each day for the high tea, which will be something we come up with to keep variety. We think it will be a wonderful experience for less than $30 for two people.”
