Winery of Ellicottville is the dream of two men with a passion for wine. These men follow the production process beginning with the buds on the grapevines through pouring wine into the glass for a customer.

Whether you try one of their classics like EVL blue or EVL red, or branch out to Traminette which has distinct delicious lime and citrus flavors.  Or attend one of the events they host.  Recently there was a Wine and Bacon pairing event.

Winery of Ellicottville has a production room where customers can watch the bottling and labeling process, a tasting room, and upstairs is a private room for group tastings and seminars.
