The Ellicottville Brewing Company is considered one of the finest American craft brewers, and has won no less than 3 International World Beer Championship Awards.

Newest location, EBC Tap+Bottle & Taqueria. Located downtown Ellicottville NY, a very short walk up the street from our Monroe St. Brewery, Tap+Bottle & Taqueria is an authentically influenced taqueria, inspired by Mexican al pastor dining, as well as a combination brewpub and carry out bottle shop.

The Gin Mill has been an Ellicottville tradition since 1976. They offer a full bar, 26 domestic and imported beers on tap along with a wide assortment of bottled beers.

The menu is casual and reasonably priced including wings, burgers, wraps, sandwiches and salads. The Gin Mill is a family favorite with it's kid friendly atmosphere.

Come chill at Katy's Cafe and start your day off right with a hot fresh cup of coffee, a variety of expresso drinks, or one of their homemade baked goods.  They also offer traditional plated breakfasts, breakfast sandwiches, burritos and more.

This sweet little shop is located on the lower level in the Holiday Valley Lodge and serves Starbucks coffee, cappuccinos, lattes, teas and mouth-watering baked goods and deli sandwiches.  You'll also find cinnamon rolls, fresh breads as well as grab and go snacks including gluten free items.

Golfers can call from the 9th tee to order lunch to go at the turn!  

Nestled behind Madigan’s, the Silver Fox's fabulous menu and extensive wine list offer a casual fine dining experience to match any palate. The Silver Fox's menu includes fresh fish, pastas, land fresh cut steaks as well as chicken wings.
